Join YPFP, the International Student House, and Protocol Partners for this informative workshop with speaker James Clad (senior adviser at the Center for Naval Analyses) on putting cultural intelligence and protocol in your business plan. Cross-cultural communication is the foundation for success in the global marketplace. Awareness and understanding of customs, traditions, values, and the expectations of international colleagues, clients, and customers is key to marketing and selling your products and services and to maintaining relationships, once established. When and where: March 19, 6:00 to 8:00 pm at International Student House, 1825 R Street, NW, Washington, DC. Advance registration is $20. On-site registration is $25.
