The Professional Development Committee of Women In International Trade (WIIT)invites you to a Brown Bag luncheon discussion on: 'Dealing with Difficult People and Conflict Resolution' Keep your professional career on track with suggestions for working with challenging colleagues and how to resolve those issues. Featuring: Wendy Swire Swire Solutions Wendy Swire is the founding principal of Swire Solutions a training, management consulting and executive coaching firm based in the Washington, DC area. Her firm works with federal government, corporate, international organizations and non-profit clients. She provides executive coaching to senior executives in areas pertaining to organizational and interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and leadership. Ms. Swire has been an executive coach for over ten years, working with senior executives (CEO, CFO, SES, SVP and Managing Directors) to emerging leaders and middle managers. Ms. Swire is a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation since 2006. Ms. Swire is co-author of the newly published book Anytime Coaching: Unleashing Employee Performance (published by Management Concepts in 2009) which is available on Amazon.com.
