Details	Jean-Stephane Bernard, Directeur du Bureau du Quebec a Washington, will be speaking on youth initiatives, and in particular the government's recent attempts to address issues of 'décrochage' by high school students. His speak will be given during Professor Santoro's Contemporary French Canada course and wil be in French. All are welcome.
