Dr. Dong Hwi Lee is a Professor of Foreign Affairs and National Security, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Seoul Korea. He has written numerous articles such as 'The G20 London Summit: Assessment and Prospect,” Korea Focus (May 2009), “Overview of North Korea’s Economic Reform and Opening-up Policy,” Korean Observations on Foreign Relations Vol.10, No.1 (August 2008), and “Evolution of the G8 Summit: On Discussion of Membership Expansion,” Policy Brief No.2008-6 (August 2008). He received his Ph.D. in International Relations from Northwestern University.
