The Honorable Paul Ryan, Chairman of the House Budget Committee, will present 'America's Enduring Promise' for the Georgetown Public Policy Institute's 2012 Whittington Lecture. The Whittington Lecture is in honor of Leslie Whittington, former Professor and Associate Dean at GPPI, who lost her life on September 11, 2011 when the plane she was traveling on crashed into the Pentagon.
