Taylor, J.D., deputy commissioner for foods at the Food and Drug Administration, will deliver an address on, 'Ensuring the Safety of Imported Food: Legal and Institutional Changes Ahead.' He will explain how new laws and organizational reforms will better protect the safety of food, particularly in international trade.
