Department of Performing Arts & The Georgetown University Music Program presents Fall Festival of Rhythm Members of: The MUSC 100 91 Afro-Cuban Ensemble Class Joe McCarthy, Faculty Director Friday, December 4, 2009 @ 4pm Location: McNeir Auditorium FREE!! Running time: 1 hour, no intermission The Afro-Cuban Percussion Ensemble academic class presents it's Fall Festival of Rhythm with Percussion music from around the globe. Come and hear rhythms and sounds from the Middle East, Cuba and our own American drum corps, including original compositions by members of the ensemble. Parking: Street parking is available or patrons may park (for a fee) in the Leavey Center (entrance on Reservoir Road) or SWQ parking facilities (enter via Canal Road). There is Free on- campus parking on weekends. |
