By Wendy MacLeod Directed by Lucy Obus (COL ’11) Produced by Tenaya Campbell (COL ’13) Marty Pascal has a good life, a stable job and a soon to be wedded wife. On a stormy Thanksgiving evening, he returns to his DC home to introduce his fiancée to the family: his twin sister Jackie-O who is obsessed with the Kennedys and has just been released from a mental institution, his brother Anthony who has just dropped out of Princeton to take care of her, and his drunken mother who has a penchant for stirring up old family problems. The San Francisco Chronicle called The House of Yes 'wickedly funny, disturbing and vividly written.' Thursday-Saturday, January 20-22, 2011 at 8 p.m. Sunday, January 23, 2011 at 4 p.m. Thursday and Friday, January 27 and 28, 2011 at 8 p.m. Saturday, January 29 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. DAVIS PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, DEVINE THEATRE $10 GENERAL Contains adult themes |
