As American novelist, Philip Roth, prepares to celebrate his 80th birthday his literary works and his contribution to literature is discussed by scholars that have studied him. Derek Parker Royal is the founder and executive editor of the scholarly journal, Philip Roth Studies. He is also the founder and former president of the Philip Roth Society. RSVP is requested. Birthday cake will be served in recognition of Philip Roth's birthday. |
