The Center for Latin American Studies Cátedra Argentina presents The Federal State: Between Globalization and Regional Integration Featuring panel discussions with some of Argentina’s regional governors as well as scholars of the U.S. and Argentina Tuesday, November 27, 2012 Riggs Library Healy Hall, 3rd Floor 12:00 – 2:00 PM - Panel Discussion 2:00 - 2:45 PM - Lunch in the adjacent President's Room Join us for the first of a series of five events of the Cátedra Argentina, featuring panel discussions with some of Argentina's regional governors as well as scholars of the U.S. and Argentina. This seminar will cover the present and future of Federalism in Argentina. It will compare perspectives, identify and analyze its principal tendencies through an in depth discussion among a group of Argentinian Governors of different provinces as well as recognized Georgetown and Argentine scholars.
