Javier Jesus Chavez Yondapiz, is an indigenous leader from Nasa, Resguardo de Huila, Cauca Tierradentro, Colombia.
He served as coordinator for educational zoning and the Protection Plan for the communities in danger of extinction for the Nasa people nationwide from 2008 to 2009.
From 2009 to 2010, he was the legal representative of the Association of Indigenous Councils of Tierradentro Cxhaxha Nasa.
He is currently the Senior Advisor of the Regional Indigenous Council of Cauca CRIC, chosen by the 120 authorities of Cauca, for the period 2011-2013.
