Details	Freedom without Walls A project week celebrating the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall Organized by the Department of German in cooperation with the German Information Center Photo Exhibit on the Berlin Wall Monday, November 9 – Friday, November 13 in the ICC Galleria Relax before, between or after classes. Grab a cup of coffee at MUGs and look at historical photos of East Berlin and the Wall, from its construction in 1961 to its fall in 1989 as well as the diplomatic endeavors and encounters of the Cold War opponents. Here are a few sample pictures to spark your interst and, for those of you who have experienced this period in world history, to jog your memory. You can also watch scenes from a brand new documentary on the Wall commissioned by the German Information Center specifically for the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Wall.
