Details	Ms. Alexis Taylor, Acting General Counsel, DC Office of Human Rights, “What is general harassment versus illegal harassment and how to address it in the work environment?.”. Often in the work place employees are “harassed”, but is general harassment best handled by Human Resources or illegal harassment which needs to be addressed by the equal employment opportunity office. Learn the distinctions and how best to address both types of harassment.
