  • Georgetown Welcomes the Class of 2013
    On Thursday, August 20, the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in Qatar (SFS-Qatar) officially welcomed the Class of 2013 into the university during its New Student Convocation ceremony. (August 25, 2009)

  • Local Students Become Partners in Peace at Planet Georgetown
    The first week of the Planet Georgetown summer camp, titled “Partners in Peace”, wrapped up on Thursday, July 2. Over 30 students in grades 8 through 10 were selected from independent schools throughout Qatar to participate in the summer program aimed at promoting a culture of peace among local youth.
