| Details | Dr. Robert J. Shapiro and Dr. Kevin A. Hassett will discuss the findings of their study 'Towards Universal Broadband: Flexible Broadband Pricing and the Digital Divide.' The study looks at how pricing structures can be a key factor toward when the U.S. reaches the goal of universal broadband adoption. |
