Details Author Ashley Merryman (L'98) will explore which gender differences are real, which are just distraction, and what we can do going forward. She will identify social, cultural, psychological, and physiological factors behind these differences, and explain how they affect performance, from job interviews and board meetings to managing and mentoring.
