He now heads the Government Practice office at Ward Howell, a leading CIS HR consultancy. He is also Managing Director of the firm’s corporate VC fund, Talent Equity Ventures, and Partner in his own boutique advisory firm Capstone Connections Inc. Ilya has worked with United Russia, Moscow Government, Open Government, Agency for Strategic Initiatives, several Federal Ministries and Agencies, as well as quasi-governmental institutions. |
