Details Captain Timo Junttila, a Finnish naval officer and the Defense, Military, Naval and Air Attaché at the Embassy of Finland to the United States, will present his country's view on challenges and opportunities in the Arctic. Malte Humpert, a 2011 graduate of Georgetown's Master of Arts in German and European Studies Program and the Founder and Executive Director of The Arctic Institute (Center for Circumpolar Security Studies), will serve as respondent.
